The Point is a Single Professionals Class that targets single adults in their 30's. The class is characterized by indepth, compelling Bible study enhanced by class discussion. Teacher Robert Breeden strives to make each lesson a practical application for daily life. Currently the class is studying a series entitled "Changing Wanderers into Worshippers." Class members enjoy a vibrant, supportive fellowship that includes prayer support, frequent lunch fellowships after class, social events ranging from cookouts to ballgames and retreats; leadership development and mission and one-on-one discipleship opportunities. This is a great class with high energy, friendly atmosphere and a heart to connect single adults to a deeper walk of faith in Christ.

40 Something Class

• Teaching: We pick a book of the Bible and teach through it – verse by verse and chapter by chapter. By teaching this way, we permit the Holy Spirit to determine our weekly subject matter and apply it to our individual life and growth needs. No matter where we are in our study of the Bible, you’re welcome to jump right in with us and pick up where we are. You will be challenged in your devotional walk with the Lord.
• Togetherness: Our group will quickly welcome you into the ‘family’. We have home get-togethers, after-church lunches and other activities designed to create connection with God, connection to others and connection to service. You will be challenged to become a vital member of our ‘body’.
• Transparency: Real people have real hurts, real needs, real dreams, real issues. We offer God’s truth through His Word without apology but we also offer humble acceptance of each other as real people. We hug each other. We pray for each other. We’re accountable to each other. We call each other during the week. You will be challenged to see other people as God sees them.

Aka: The Bible is for those who want to "dig deep" into God's word. The class is taught with relevance and passion by GHBC Singles Director Tim Moore and his wife Connie. The class is often a verse by verse Bible study where we will discover more about God, His will for us, ourselves and how we should relate to others. The more we know about God, the more manageable life becomes. The more we know about ourselves, the more significant we become. The more we know about others, the more we will value building and maintaining quality relationships.

Don't worry about missing a class or two and then being lost in the next class that you attend. Just come when you can. The class is made up of single adult men and women of all ages and backgrounds with varying levels of experience with the Bible, from beginners to the advanced. The SPLASH (Single People Loving and Serving Him) Adult Ministry Class for ages 45-55 at Great Hills Baptist Church welcomes you to a fulfilling and purpose filled singles experience. You will find caring Christian single adults sharing commitments to grow in fellowship, friendship and love for our savior Jesus Christ. Friendships and service are a priority as we mature in a Christ-like manner. We thrive to have everyone who comes through our door experience the love of God and what Christ can do for any person who will follow him. We offer many social activities and community service events. We pray that you will come and experience the joy and blessings we offer to assist you to live life to the fullest while serving our Lord and Savior.

A Bible Life experience for single adults 57 & better at the 11:00 AM hour. This Bible study offers great discussion and interaction and dynamic and rock-solid teaching. The class focuses on teaching God's Word in hopes of seeing lives transformed and healed by the power of God. The class is developing great fellowship and provides a great place of encouragement. The class has strong leadership and a passion to see the message of Christ proclaimed. If you are looking for a place to belong and make some great friends along the way...this is the class for you!

A Bible Life experience for single adults age 57+ at the 11:00 AM hour. This Bible study is built on rock-solid teaching and a passion for people. This class sets a worthy goal for spiritual maturity and ministry involvement and greatly ministers to the individual needs of its class members.

A Bible Life experience designed uniquely for the single parent and meets at the 11:00 AM hour. The class offers great Bible study and is designed with a curriculum in mind that focuses solidly on God's Word. The class becomes a place of peace for single parents looking for a more focused personal relationship with the Giver of Peace, the Lord Jesus. You will make new friends, new dynamic relationships with single parents and find a place where our single parents can best make use of all the single parent resources at Great Hills.

New Mercies

Any Age Single Adult Woman

New Mercies is a single adult women's Bible study class designed to teach you that in the midst of your daily trials and burdens God desires for you to place your hand in His and hold on to Him as you cross Jordan. God calls us to walk through hardships in our lives to demonstrate His presence in the middle of them. God wants you to pray for a heart and mind that diligently seeks Him, and the more you believe God the more you are likely to see and experience His intervening love and power in your life. No matter where you are or what you are facing, you have a Heavenly Father that loves you and desires to be a part of your life in every situation. Come join us as we learn to believe and trust God as He leads us on life's journey.
